The bagels are really good, the jalapeño and cheese is my favorite. They have a wide selection of pastries. The coffee is strong too! Don’t be fooled by the sometimes empty shelves on display, they always have something fresh baking in the back. My only knock is that they do take quite a bit long to get out orders… still some growing pains as far as workflow goes.

Last time I tried the divorced chilaquiles (half red, half green)with eggs, and the sauce was absolutely delicious. My friend ordered a pineapple pastry, and we loved it. Highly recommend this place!

I love this place!! The bacon egg and cheese was so good, the eggs were so fluffy. I got an iced latte and a strawberry matcha and they were both delicious, and I am definitely a coffee snob. Highly recommend! Also the outdoor patio is so nice

I stopped by La Cereza Cafe & Bakery for a coffee and pastry. It was delicious. They've been open for about 5 months now. Manuel the owner was very friendly. Located at 280 E Thousand 0aks Blvd. Near Tarantula Hill brewery.

We stopped by for lunch around 1pm on Thursday. I think they close at 2pm but not certain. Open for breakfast and lunch and do catering. Everything looked delicious. We had chilaquiles with spicy chorizo and a sandwich. The pastries in the case looked really good. Owner Mayra Cruz was there with her husband and newborn baby. There are a few tables inside and a patio. It's not fancy but the food and people are 100% real.

The exact kind of matcha I’ve been looking for! Not too bitter, not too sweet. Lots of fun syrups to add to it too. Their chai latte is great too. I wish they had fun cold foam options, but I’m sure they’d add it if you asked!

I went in with my daughter and her husband. We were greeted immediately. The owner is extremely friendly and personable. She made us feel extremely comfortable and welcomed. We learned of the history of her business and her family. It was such a pleasure to get to know her. I ordered the huevos ranchers and "Oh My Gosh" they were excellent. So many things on the menu looked so delicious. I'll be going there every time I'm in the area.

Mayra’s baked goods are all home made and so delish I tried the raspberry loaf!!! YUM. They have breakfast as well which I have yet to try but I will be back. The coffee is simple and way better than any chain. loved my experience. She really does her research on coffee and foods and is stand out different from any of the shops I’ve been to in the area! Come support local businesses and indulge in a hot cup and pastry. 🥰🥰

Why there isn’t a line out the door 24/7 of this place boggles my mind. The food and drinks at La Cereza are exceptionally good, and the warmth and kindness from the family-owned and run business are exactly what everyone needs right now. Their chorizo breakfast burrito is absolutely perfect, their bagels are softy and tasty, and their beverages from their lemonades to their lattes are made with the love and patience needed for a perfect drink. If you haven’t tried La Cereza yet, you’re missing out!

La Cereza Cafe & Bakery is such a sweet, local family favorite kind of spot. I grabbed a blueberry muffin to go, but the café was full and had such a warm, inviting feel. The coffee looks strong and amazing, so I know I’ll definitely be back to try more. The staff could not be nicer. Please support local.
